OWSIM and WCOWMA Begin Work on MOU to Amalgamate

The OWSIM Board of Directors and WCOWMA administration have begun the important work of drafting a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the processes for amalgamating the two organizations under the banner of the Manitoba Onsite Wastewater Management Association.
