With the advent of updated regulations phasing out sewage ejectors in the Province of Manitoba, a loan program has been put into effect to aid property owners who are replacing their onsite wastewater system in compliance with the Onsite Wastewater Management Systems Regulation.  Any system updated since October 10, 2009 is eligible for this program.

Property owners may receive a loan for up to $20,000.00 payable over a five or ten year term.  The interest rate is set at the posted lending rate for the date the loan is applied for and the loan may be paid off at any time without penalty.
